About Us

A privately owned limited liability company dedicated to software development — and to the people who use what we build.

Who we are

Small team, long horizon

Dandong Galaxy Vast Network Technology Co., Ltd. works across the full lifecycle of its own digital products: idea, design, engineering, release and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps things running.

We are deliberately compact. The people who build a feature support it, decisions stay close to the code, and users talk to engineers instead of a queue.

Our Values

Our Values

These are the judgements we fall back on when a decision is not obvious — written down so they can be argued with.

Creativity

We start from the problem, not the template. An idea only counts once it ships as something a person can actually use.

Intelligence

Automation where it removes friction, human judgement where it still matters. We do not put a model on a screen to sell a model.

Evolution

Every release should leave the codebase easier to change than we found it. Growth is a habit here, not a milestone we celebrate once.

Technology

We build on the platforms our users already live on, and keep an exit open for whatever replaces them.

Learning & Growth

Learning & Growth

There is no training department. Most of the growth comes from the four habits below, which are part of the working week rather than beside it.

A quiet modern office corridor lined with glass-walled meeting rooms

Learning on the clock

A fixed slice of every iteration goes to reading, prototyping and breaking things. It is scheduled like any other work, so it survives a busy week.

Four engineers around a table reviewing code on open laptops

Review as teaching

Every change is read by a second person before it ships. That exchange is where most of the learning actually happens — not in a slide deck.

Two developers working side by side at monitors filled with source code

Room to move between stacks

People cross between iOS, Android and the services behind them. Being useful in several places is worth more here than being irreplaceable in one.

Outside the building

Meetups, conferences and open-source time are on the company. We would rather hear what other teams solved than guess at it from our own backlog.

Compensation & Benefits

Talent Development

Small enough that everyone can check whether these still hold. If one stops being true, it comes off this page.

Pay set on the work

Reviewed against the market once a year and tied to the role and what shipped — not to how well someone negotiated.

Rest is protected

Leave is meant to be taken, not merely granted. Nobody gets promoted for answering messages at midnight.

Tools that keep up

A machine, a screen and a desk that do not slow the work down, refreshed on a schedule rather than on request.

Close to the decision

No layers between an idea and the person who can approve it, and every decision is explained to the people doing it.
